This Mother’s Day, we’re inviting moms and their kiddos to share something truly special: a suspension yoga session filled with movement, laughter, connection—and cuddly puppies!
Designed for all levels, this playful class combines the magic of suspension yoga with the joy of puppy love. Moms and their children will flow, stretch, and hang together while friendly pups add a dose of pure happiness.
It’s not about perfect poses—it’s about presence, bonding, and making the kind of memories that last forever.

All attendees must have a purchased ticket to be in any area of the studio or viewing area. Spectators are not permitted, and there is no waiting area inside the studio for those without a ticket.
