The Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids program is a 45 minute session that teaches children deep belly breathing, emotional regulation, mindfulness, focus methods and fun yoga postures.

Customized Instruction For Every Student
Parent & Child Class
During this 45 minutes class you’ll have a great opportunity to interact with your child in a positive learning environment. You will be guided through poses together, work together on your breathing, understand why as parents it’s important to be mindful of our emotions, all in a fun filled class.
Children’s Yoga Class for Autism
Sandra combines her background in child behavioural development, A.B.A , I.B.I, N.L.P and her love for teaching yoga into an effective class designed for children diagnosed with Autism.
Children’s Sleep Meditation Yoga Class
This 45-minutes class helps prepare your child’s mind for an undisturbed night’s sleep. Sandra creates her own meditations that help children understand behaviours related to sleep and the importance of resting our minds after a full day. Children do poses to help put their minds at ease.
Children’s Yoga Class
This 45-minutes class focuses on helping children understand their emotions, how to control their emotions, mindfulness, breathing techniques, heart-centered living, poses and so much more. Most ages are welcome. Child must be able to follow direction.
Children’s Yoga Class for 8 Years and Older
This class is designed to help children through school anxiety, test anxiety, peer pressure and family relationships. During this 45-minute class, children learn mindfulness, heart-centered living, breathing techniques, important life skills, poses to help with concentration, balance and flexibility.
Our recreational after-school yoga program combines the practice of yoga with essential life skills, all in a fun, safe, calming environment. Students will be escorted from Alton Village Public School by Mrs. Sandra (Program Director) to the studio. Time will be provided for Students to enjoy a light afternoon snack (students provide) before engaging in a unique 45-60 min. kids yoga program. The Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Program is designed to embrace positivity while learning how to control and release negative energy through the power breathing, possess and meditation. When the program has concluded, students will be given time to complete homework or participate in creative mindfulness activities.
