Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc. (“Yoga-Tastic”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to summarize what personal information we collect, and how we use and disclose this information.
By visiting and/or using our website www.yogatastic4kids.ca (our “Website”), subscribing for our content by submitting your contact information via our Before & After School Registration Agreement (the “Registration Agreement”), and/or accessing the content we develop (including but not limited to digital, physical or orally presented material) (together, the “Services”), you signify your consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Website or submit any personal information to us or use any of our Services.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will reflect any such modifications to this Privacy Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information including but not limited to this Privacy Policy, as revised. If you make a purchase through the Website, you agree to our third-party payment processor’s terms of service and privacy policy.

As required under Canada Anti-Spam Legislation annually we seek your consent on behalf of to send you commercial electronic messages about our Services via our Registration Agreement. By selecting “I Accept” at the bottom of the Registration Agreement, you are opting in to receive commercial electronic messages from Yoga-Tastic for this purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive electronic messages or Services from Yoga-Tastic, you may unsubscribe in the “unsubscribe” link in the e-mail you receive, or contact us at the information listed in this Privacy Policy. Please note that, after you unsubscribe, Yoga Tastic may still send electronic communications to you in certain limited circumstances, such as to provide you with Service notifications and billing information, or to provide information that Yoga-Tastic is legally obligated to provide you.
