We are a heart and mindfulness based company whose mission is to provide fun, interactive and self-educational programs and classes. Children and adults can learn about their emotions, gain physical and mental strength as well as self-confidence when participating in a variety of suspension yoga classes offered at the studio.
Our reputation led us to appear on CHCH Morning Live and in a number of magazines including Neighbors of Millcroft.

Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc. knows the importance of family which is why we offer child classes, parent and child classes as well as adult classes that are designed to spur growth in heart-centered thinking, mindfulness and strengthen bonds between family members of all ages.
